The idea of owning a home abroad is exciting – but it can also be a little daunting if you don’t know the language or the contact details of local workmen who you can trust. This is where Las Torrentas can help.

Full of Mediterranean character and country charm, are the Estate Cottages. Just across the Benamor River from El Molino, on our Las Torrentas estate, we have renovated a cluster of old estate buildings, restoring them sympathetically to retain their traditional character.

The Estate Cottages form the administration hub of Las Torrentas. It is where you will find our management and site security offices which are staffed every day all year round to help you, or your guests, with any enquires you may have, from recommending craftsmen to advising on places to explore in the area.

Specifically, we can provide a complete management package that will take away the stress and strain of looking after a property abroad. These facilities include:

   • 24-hour concierge service to help with anything you need
   • Opening up and airing your property before you return so it is fresh for
     your arrival
   • Management team on site to let in pre-approved personnel, such as
     work men, in your absence
   • Full cleaning services, pool and garden maintenance
   • Rentals
   • High-speed internet access, satellite and telephone for resident use
   • Gift shop and convenience store
   • Tapas bar
