Don't just take our word for it
"Thank you for the friendly and efficient service we received recently. We were a little reluctant to go ahead with a site inspection trip as friends of ours had done a trip a few months ago and had to endure hours on end of hard-sell presentations. We found your ‘no-pressure’ approach refreshing and it allowed us time to think about what we really wanted. As it happened, Las Torrentas had everything we were looking for in a development, and we can’t wait until 2008 to move in and live our Spanish dream! "

Make the move to Murcia

Imagine a land of mountains, wild, arid canyons and ancient caves. Over a third of Murcia sweeps across dramatic highlands, and its tallest peak tickles the clouds at 6,500 feet.

Yet just minutes away from these rugged vistas, you'll enter the shady peace of pinewood forests. And beyond these, green rivers snake through the "huertas", fruitful plains watered by irrigation systems invented more than a millennium ago. Here, life moves to the natural rhythm of the seasons.

The ocean is never far away.  Explore the miles of quiet inlets and long, white beaches, mixing with the glitterati in stylish resorts or getting back to nature with flamingos on environmental reserves. There’s even an inland sea whose warm, shallow waters are perfect for kids learning to swim.

Immerse yourself in Murcia.  There’s so much to see and do across the region – whatever your interests.  Adrenalin junkies will get a kick out of river rafting, caving or climbing while those who prefer more leisurely pursuits may be tempted by a spot of fishing or trying their hand at a two-ball on the region’s top class golf courses.  Wine tasting is available in abundance at local vineyards dotted around the region.

Murcia is also one of the healthiest places in Europe, according to the World Health Organisation, with low pollution, clean air and a warm, dry climate.  It benefits from 320 days of sunshine a year with up to 150 of those being cloud-free!  Temperatures go up to 22ºC in winter and range between 18º - 30ºC in summer, making the average annual temperature a balmy18ºC.

Murcia, which has been largely an ‘undiscovered’ area until recently, shows the greatest increase in property prices.  Unlike the over-exploited Spanish coastline, some off-plan developments have gained 50% in one year.
