Technical features
• Structure on a base of reinforced concrete pillars, forged small
unidirectional beams, with ceramic coves and portions of reinforced
concrete
• Outer wall of perforated brickwork (11cm), plastered on the inside
with a layer (1cm) of rich cement. Doubled inside with a hollow
10cm brick wall. Insulation of polyurethane fitted boards (6cm)
and ventilated cavity in between (5cm). Exterior cement plaster
(“monocapa”)
• Inner walls of hollow brick work (10cm), with the necessary slits
(always horizontal and vertical) for conduits, gypsum plaster and
final natural paint
• Bathroom walls of double brickwork (2x8cm) with 4cm rock wool
insulation, tiled up halfway with porcelain tiles
• Aluminium windows, sliding doors and frames with thermal break,
dark wood colour. The windows always start from floor level
(except where a base is required) up to a 2’20m height
• Interior doors of DMF, plain in white. Frame 7x1cm (also for
skirting), up to ceiling. The doors end with a fix matching panelto
ceiling.
• Flooring for interior and terraces, treated terracotta tiles 30 x 30,
non-treated in pool area to avoid sliding. Access and other paved
areas pebbled concrete 40 x 40 tiles
• Pitched roof with Arabic roof tiles in terracotta irregular colours,
or flat roof insulated with polyurethane insulation,waterproof
membrane and layer of river pebbles
• Horizontal separation drains, with connection to water recuperation
system for storage and reuse for automatic sprinkling system in
garden. Extra taps on terraces, low different tap in kitchen
• Plumbing installation: warm water conducts parallel to the cold
water tubes, made of copper and protected with insulating tube
covers of glass fibres. Instant hot water installation
